Little Allies
Little Allies — Muay Thai for Ages 5–9
Little Allies is more than a kids' martial arts class — it's a program built to shape confident, resilient, respectful young people. Through the discipline of Muay Thai, we give children the tools to succeed both inside and outside the gym.
What We Build:
- Confidence & Self-Esteem — kids leave every class standing a little taller
- Discipline & Integrity — structured training instills real accountability
- Respect & Character Development — for coaches, teammates, and themselves
- Fitness & Athleticism — building strong, capable young athletes
- Positive Role Models — coaches who lead by example
- Safe, Structured Environment — every class is supervised, age-appropriate, and intentional
Every Class Includes:
- Warriors Mantra — a grounding ritual that opens every session
Classes Rotate Through:
- Technical Drilling
- Light-Contact Pad Drills
- Muay Thai Games
While no single class covers everything, each session is thoughtfully designed to be fun, challenging, and well-rounded.
A Structured 10-Week Curriculum
Students progress through a 10-week cycle built to develop:
- Footwork
- Balance
- Coordination
- Striking Technique
- Defensive Skills
- Endurance & Athleticism
A New Mantra Every Week
Alongside physical skills, each week introduces a life-skills theme, including:
- Respect
- Discipline
- Perseverance
- Courage
- Gratitude
- Responsibility
- Leadership
- Integrity
