Your first day includes a warm welcome, basics of Muay Thai, and movement drills in small groups divided by age. Certified coaches focus on safety and building foundational skills, ensuring fun and growth at every stage. Ongoing classes cover striking, teamwork exercises, and friendly sparring in a supportive setting. Expect encouragement, personalized attention, and a focus on real-world confidence your child carries outside the academy.

What age groups do you accept for kids & teens Muay Thai?
Our Kids & Teens program is for ages 8–13, with classes grouped by age and skill. Teens 14 and up train in our adult classes. New families can try 3 days of classes free.
