Alliance doesn't run cardio kickboxing classes. We teach Muay Thai, the traditional Thai martial art that most modern kickboxing grew out of. If you searched for kickboxing because you want to learn to punch and kick, get in great shape, and train with real coaches, Muay Thai gives you all of that and more.

Your free class starts in Basics. A coach will walk you through stance, footwork, and the fundamental punches and kicks. Train barefoot, bring water, and wear comfortable athletic clothes. We provide loaner gloves and shin guards for your first class.
Do you offer kickboxing classes?
Our classes are Muay Thai, often called Thai kickboxing. You'll learn the same punches and kicks as kickboxing, plus knees, elbows, and clinch. We don't run separate cardio kickboxing classes—every class teaches real technique.
Is Muay Thai a good workout?
Yes. Research has measured roughly 694 calories burned in an hour of Muay Thai training, and every class builds cardio, strength, and coordination at the same time.
What does it cost to try a class?
Nothing. Your first class is free, and we provide loaner gloves and shin guards.
Is Muay Thai harder than kickboxing for beginners?
No. Every new student starts in our Basics class, where coaches teach stance, footwork, and the fundamental strikes step by step. No experience or fitness level is required.
I've trained kickboxing before. Where do I start?
Your punches and kicks will transfer well. You'll still start in Basics to learn Muay Thai's knees, elbows, and clinch, and coaches will help you progress from there.

“As someone who came in with absolutely no experience, I was a little nervous, but they made me feel comfortable practicing and never made me feel out of place. … If you’re on the fence about trying a class, I’d recommend giving it a shot 10 out of 10 times.”
